Emlak237 ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use our Emlak237 mobile application.

• Full name, email address, phone number
• Information about your real estate properties (address, city, country, type, area, number of rooms, monthly rent, status)
• Information about your tenants (full name, phone, email, ID document number, ID type, nationality)
• Information about your rental contracts (property, tenant, monthly rent, due day, start/end dates, security deposit)
• Complete payment history (amount, period, payment method, late status, days late)
• Language and currency preferences
• Documents you upload to Emlak Vault (contracts, ID documents, receipts, other documents)
2.2 Device Information
We automatically collect certain information about your device:
• Device type, model, operating system and version
• Unique device identifier (deviceId)
• FCM (Firebase Cloud Messaging) token for push notifications
• Application version
• Connection information (IP address, access times)
• Last login and failed login attempts
3. Use of Information
We use your information to:
• Provide and improve our real estate management services (property, tenant, contract, payment management)
• Manage your user account and subscriptions (monthly or annual)
• Send important notifications via push, email or SMS (payment reminders before due date, late payment alerts, contract end notifications)
• Personalize your user experience according to your language, currency and preferences
• Automatically calculate statistics (monthly revenues, late payments, expiring contracts)
• Generate export reports (JSON, PDF, Excel) with all your structured data
• Detect and prevent fraud or misuse
• Comply with our legal and regulatory obligations
4. Information Sharing
We never sell your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following cases:
• With your explicit consent (for example, when exporting your data)
• With our trusted service providers under strict confidentiality agreements:
- Firebase/Google Cloud Platform for secure hosting of your data
- App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android) for processing subscription payments
- Push notification services (Firebase Cloud Messaging)
• To comply with a legal obligation or respond to a legitimate government request
• To protect our legitimate rights, your safety or that of others in case of suspected violation of terms of service
5. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, destruction, or alteration:
• Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest on Firebase servers
• Secure authentication via Firebase Authentication with encrypted password
• Role-based access control (only the owner can access their data)
• Strict Firestore security rules preventing unauthorized access
• Regular backup of your data on Firebase Storage with secure access
• Monitoring of suspicious login attempts
• Your data is stored exclusively on secure Google Cloud Platform (Firebase) servers located in certified data centers.
6. Your Rights
In accordance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and applicable data protection laws, you have the right to:
• Access all your personal data stored in the application
• Correct or update your inaccurate or incomplete data directly in the application
• Request complete deletion of your data and closure of your account
• Object to the processing of certain of your data (for example, disable notifications)
• Request portability of your data via export in settings (JSON, PDF or Excel formats available)
• Withdraw your consent at any time by modifying your preferences in settings
• File a complaint with the competent data protection authority

• Cloud backups: retained according to your request, you can delete them at any time

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Emlak237 application, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our application.
2. User Account
To use certain features of the application, you must create an account with your full name, email, phone and password. You are responsible for:
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (email and password)
• Providing accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration and any updates
• All activities that occur under your account, including management of your properties, tenants, contracts and payments
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach
• Ensuring that information you enter in the application (properties, tenants, payments) is accurate and up-to-date
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the application to:
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Transmit illegal, harmful, threatening, or offensive content
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• Interfere with the application's operation
• Reproduce, copy, or sell the application without authorization
4. User Content
You retain all intellectual property rights to the content you create and store in the application, including:
• Information about your real estate properties
• Data about your tenants
• Rental contracts you create
• Payment history
• Documents you upload (contracts, ID documents, receipts)
By using the application, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide and free license to store, process, display and backup this content solely for the purpose of providing our real estate management services. This license terminates when you delete your account or the relevant content.
5. Limitation of Liability
Emlak237 is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
• The application will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free or virus-free
• Results obtained through the application will meet your expectations
• Defects will be corrected within a specific timeframe
• Data will always be available or never be lost (although we implement backups)
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages resulting from:
• The use or inability to use the application
• Any error, omission, interruption or delay in data transmission
• Any data loss or file corruption
• Any decision made based on information provided by the application
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these terms of service or for any other reason we deem appropriate.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, update or replace these terms of service at any time to reflect:
• Changes in our services or features
• Legal or regulatory developments
• Security or performance improvements
• Error corrections or clarifications
Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on this page with update of the "Last updated" date. We encourage you to regularly consult this page.
Your continued use of the application after publication of changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. If you do not accept the changes, you must stop using the application and delete your account.

Emlak PRO offers (in-app product IDs):
• Emlak PRO Monthly — emlak_pro_monthly — €4.99 per month
• Emlak PRO Annual — emlak_pro_yearly — €49.99 per year
Prices shown in the app are indicative; the final amount is the one displayed by Apple App Store or Google Play at purchase time.

Apple:
Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account.
Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
Manage: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
Trial: Unused trial periods are forfeited when purchasing a subscription.
Android: billing and cancellation are handled by Google Play under Google’s terms.
Restore Purchase: available from the subscription screen in the app.
